Shipping: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We will try to process orders and ship them the same day they are received or the next business day but some orders may take up to a week to be shipped. If your order is not shipped within a week, send us an email at contact@cascadianflag.org. The shipping cost is not included with price.
Returns policy: At this time, we do not accept returns.
Note to international customers: We can ship outside the United States. Please send us an email at contact@cascadianflag.org to place your order.
We reserve the right not to sell merchandise to individuals, groups, or organizations who are known to violate, or intend to violate the Statement of Use, in regards to the Cascadian flag. All funds will be refunded in such a case.
